Equipment Inspection
- Conduct documented inspections of equipment prior to work, ensuring alignment with manufacturer’s guidelines.

- Update the AHA if the Permit-Required Confined Spaces (PRCS) have new entry procedures or are reclassified, using forms like ENG Form 6204 or ENG Form 6210 for guidance.
