Training Record

Purpose

The primary purpose of an OSHAcademy training record card is to facilitate immediate access to a student's official training transcripts. For convenient access to a student’s transcript, simply scan the QR code located on the front of the card.

What is Displayed on a Training Record Card?

Each card displays a select number of purchased programs that the student has successfully completed. The specific programs shown vary based on the total number completed. If the number of completed programs surpasses the card’s capacity, priority is given to professional-level programs over their corresponding sub-programs. Our system automatically determines which programs to show to best reflect the student’s achievements across various scenarios and cannot be adjusted.

Note: Training record cards do not list individual completed courses.

How Many Cards Will I Receive?

With each order of our printed certificate program package, you will receive one training record card. For instance, if you order two programs under a single shipping order, you will receive one card. If you order two programs with separate shipments, you will receive a card for each shipment.
