After witnessing tragic workplace incidents, Flavien Nzamwita developed a passion for health and safety but struggled to find the right training. It wasn’t until a friend recommended OSHAcademy that his journey took a positive turn. Through OSHAcademy, he gained the essential health and safety knowledge he needed to pursue his career.
Now working as an HSE Officer, Flavien proudly shares, “I am working as an HSE Officer, and I can see that I am playing a great role in protecting the people and the properties at my workplace.” OSHAcademy’s training has been key in equipping him to make a meaningful impact in his role.
