As a dedicated seeker of knowledge, Francis Aidoo credits OSHAcademy safety training with providing invaluable exposure, enabling him to contribute effectively during daily discussions about workplace safety. By applying the knowledge gained from OSHAcademy on the job, Francis has been recognized for his efforts, with Human Resources acknowledging the value of the certificates he earned. Since then, he has taken it upon himself to introduce other workers to OSHAcademy’s Free Online Safety Training, encouraging them to enhance their own safety practices and improve the overall safety of the organization. Aidoo says “OSHAcademy safety training has given me the necessary exposure which has led to effective contribution of the said knowledge on the job during each day discussions as to how to work safely.
