Michael Selorm Dei-Dzeha shares how OSHAcademy has significantly impacted his career, stating, "I have learned a lot of things from my studies with OSHAcademy and it has helped me at my current workplace." He applies what he has learned on the job every day, ensuring the use of all necessary safety materials for specific tasks. Michael is vigilant about spotting hazards such as open cables, pools of water, sharp objects, or anything potentially harmful, and he takes action by either addressing the issues or reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

In addition to looking out for his own safety, Dei-Dzeha encourages his colleagues and trainees to follow all safety rules and comply with workplace standards. He doesn’t limit his newfound safety knowledge to the workplace—he also applies it at home and in every environment he finds himself. Michael credits OSHAcademy’s training for opening his eyes to the importance of safety in all areas of life.
