4-7. Minimum Plan Requirements.

Construction Site Plan

A written Construction Site Plan is necessary for temporary facilities, encompassing:

  • Layouts and dimensions of temporary buildings and facilities.
  • Anchoring details for temporary structures.
  • Storage areas for equipment and materials.

Note: Refer to specific chapters for additional requirements on sanitation, building spacing, power distribution, and temporary structural approvals.

Access/Haul Road Plan

A written Access/Haul Road Plan must be prepared for the usage of access or haul roads, complying with:

  • Equipment usage, traffic patterns, and operational hours.
  • Road layout, width, and visibility details.
  • Requirements for signage, traffic control, and safety measures.

Work on the haul road must not start until approval by the USACE supervisor/KO or COR.
