Tripping Hazards

Clutter can build up in storage areas, work areas, hallways, and walkways. Clutter, loose cords, hoses, wires, and medical tubing can potentially lead to an STF incident. Exposed cords on the floor, stretched across walkways can catch an employee's foot and lead to a trip or fall incident.
