Introduction
This course introduces employees and employers to the OSHAct of 1970, referred to as the "General Duty Clause." The focus of the training is to introduce you to OSHA, employee rights, employer responsibilities, and the OSHA inspection process. We also focus on OSHA's structure, purpose, mission and resources available to the employer.
