Leaders Evaluate the SMS
Once the SMS is established, it should be initially evaluated to verify that it is producing outputs as intended. After that, employers should periodically, and at least annually, evaluate what is working and what is not, and whether the program is on track to achieve its goals. The more frequently the evaluation process is conducted, the better.
