The Results of the Training

By looking at how well training works, we can improve existing plans and understand more about the current training's quality and effectiveness, as well as the need for new training.

By evaluating the training results, you can make necessary improvements.

Items to evaluate include:

  • quality of the training action-plan;
  • adequacy of long-term planning;
  • use of needs assessment;
  • appropriateness of prioritizing training; and
  • adequacy of support and funding.
