Utility Hazards

It's important to eliminate or mitigate the hazards from utilities that are not properly located and secured prior to demolition activities.

  • Verify the location of all other utility lines.
  • Ensure lines have been shut-off, capped, or otherwise controlled outside the building before beginning work.
