1-7. Minimum Plan Requirements.

Site-Specific Safety & Occupational Health (SOH) Plan

  • Supervisors must develop, sign, implement, site-specific SOH plans before work begins, and update them annually.
  • The plan must include Signature Sheet, Project Information, SOH Commitment and Policy, and a statement ensuring no work without a CDSO present.
  • Includes sections on Accident reporting and investigations, SOH Training, SOH Inspections, AHA, and Occupational Health analysis.

Emergency Plan
