9-8. General Requirements.

Fire Prevention Duties

  • Develop and train employees on a Fire Prevention Plan according to specific guidelines.
  • Keep fires, open flame devices, and sources of ignition away from potential fire hazards or flammable materials.
  • Maintain clearances around lights, heating units, and segregate noncompatible materials to prevent fire risks.

Fire Protection Responsibilities
