Correcting COVID-19 Hazards
Unsafe or unhealthy work conditions, practices, and procedures should be documented using a COVID-19 Inspection form.
Those conditions, practices, and procedures identified should be corrected promptly based on the severity of the hazards, as follows:
- The severity of the hazard should be assessed and corrected within established time frames.
- Those hazards that present the greatest risk will be corrected first.
- Individuals should be assigned responsibility to ensure timely correction.
- Follow-up measures should be taken to ensure timely correction.
