6-7. Minimum Plan Requirements.

Mold Remediation Plan

  • Must document employee training on cleanup methods, personal protection, and health hazards.
  • Must include descriptions of mold's source, location, extent, and growth conditions.
  • Must detail engineering controls, work practices, PPE, and housekeeping measures for limiting exposure during abatement.

Silica Compliance Plan
