If BSEE conducts an on-site evaluation of the SEMS program, make the following documentation available to them upon request:
- written SEMS program
- ASP audit team's qualifications
- previous SEMS audits conducted
- documents or information relevant to whether you have addressed and corrected the deficiencies of the audit
- other relevant documents or information

- personnel are following the SEMS program
- you can explain and demonstrate the procedures and policies included in the SEMS program
