General Employees

Competent Person (CP)
- Responsible for developing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) for all activities.
- Must oversee work activities and address unsanitary or hazardous conditions.
- Is tasked with developing and signing the site-specific APP.
Qualified Person (QP)
- Provides guidance and performs work activities as required by the manual.
Supervisors
- Ensure a safe work environment and remove employees from hazards or unsafe conditions.
