Accident Investigation and Reporting
- Contractors must report and investigate all accidents and near misses using ENG Form 3394.
- Notify OSHA and the USCG for specific work-related injuries or marine casualties.
- Keep records of first aid treatments and provide them upon request.
Physical Qualifications of Employees
- Employees must be physically and medically qualified to perform their specific duties.
